MEKA Ghost Rider Mount Missing in Heroes of the Storm

There was a bug in December of 2020 that made the pink MEKA Ghost Rider available to everyone before it was officially released into the game. The mount was removed and later released correctly when the development team had planned to release it. As the item had not been purchased by any of the players who had it in their collections at the time - it was not for sale and could not be purchased - Customer Support will not assist with restoring this item. It is currently available in collections for purchase with shards or gems.
