Diablo Immortal Forced Name Change - How Do I Pick a New Name?

- My character name was changed. How can I pick a new one?
If your Diablo Immortal character's name is automatically changed due to a penalty, you will receive an item in that character's mail which allows you to pick a new name.
Penalized group names are not able to be changed at this time. If you would prefer a different name, create a new group.
