Claimed Diablo Immortal Horadric Legacy Cosmetic Set On The Wrong Character

I redeemed the pre-registration cosmetics on the wrong character.The Horadric Legacy cosmetic set can only be claimed once, on one character. Customer Support is not able to assist with moving this to a different character or server.
