Cannot upgrade to the Vault Edition of Modern Warfare 2 From Standard

- I received the standard edition of MW2 as a gift but want to upgrade to the Vault Edition. Can I do this from the shop?
- I can't upgrade to the Vault edition, I only see a Buy now option?
- Why am I getting an error when trying to upgrade Modern Warfare II?
Vault Edition upgrades are not available for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. Blizzard Customer Service cannot assist with circumventing this.
