Diablo Immortal Unlucky or Unhappy with Item Drops or Drop Rate
Common Problems
When I run a dungeon others get a legendary but I do not.Most item drop rates, types, and qualities are completely random. Game Masters are unable to alter item drops or provide compensation for bad luck.
