- My game crashed in an Elder rift and I lost 3 crests
- What do I do to get back my crests or get some gems if I disconnected during a rift?
- I crashed during the guide quest asking me to complete an Elder Rift enhanced by a Legendary Crest and I lost the Crest
If you spend Legendary crests on a rift and the rift will not open or closes unexpectedly after it starts, the system will mail you back the crests that you used. Note that it may take up to 24 hours for this mail to show up in your character's in-game mails.
