- I don't have the quest Finding Tahli available
- Elder Amir is not offering the quest Finding Tahli
You must have "Sopranian Understanding" researched on your character before this quest is offered. If you have researched it on another character, you can instantly complete the research on your other characters, provided the character has enough Cyphers.
Elder Amir may show a blue ! mark if they are offering daily quests on that day. Speaking to them will still offer both daily and regular quest, provided the character is eligible for both.
