A Subject Access Request allows employees, ex-employees, applicants and consumers to both request and receive a copy of all the personal data that a company or organization has collected about them.

As a consumer in CT, VA, and CO you have the right to appeal when/if a Subject Access Request is denied and ask the company to explain the reason(s) for the denial for the appeal.
