- My Call of Duty level was reset- My skins are gone
Game progress in Call of Duty is stored on your Activision account, not an individual platform like Blizzard, Xbox, or Steam.
Make sure that your Battle.net account is linked to the correct Activision account. If you link your Battle.net account to a new Activision account, progress from the original Activision account will not carry over.
Your progress and content aren't lost. If you re-link your Battle.net account to the original Activision account, you can continue your progression and access your content.
To verify which Battle.net account or console platform account is linked to your Activision account, log in to your Activision account.
If you cannot log in to your Activision account, or you have linked the correct account but your progress is still missing, contact Activision Support.
