Unable to Use the Diablo Immortal Character Transfer Feature
Common Problems
- Why can't I transfer my character?
- Getting the error message "Destination server has a higher server paragon level than your current server"
- Getting the error message "Only servers in the same locale can be selected"
For a full list of character transfer restrictions, see the Character Transfer tab of the Diablo Immortal Shop article. These restrictions are also stated in-game when purchasing a transfer.
Additional Restrictions
Characters can not transfer to:- A newly created server
- A server from a different locale and language
- A server with a lower paragon server level than your character
