I don't see any change in my Solo Shuffle rating despite winning games

The points you receive for Solo Shuffle are based on your MMR compared to your opponent.

In the case that your MMR is higher than your opponent you would receive fewer points (or none at all). The developers introduced new features and posted about how the system works here.
