Common Problems
- I lost ownership of my Shadows clan.
- I have purchased with real money the ability to create my own clan and upon logging in the leadership belongs to another player.
If a Clan Leader remains inactive for over a certain amount of time, the leadership will be automatically transferred to another member of the clan. The inactivity period before the ownership transfer varies based on the type of clan:
- Adventurer Clan: 7 days
- Shadow Clan: 14 days
- Immortal Alliance Clan: 7 days
- Immortal Clan: 7 days
When clan leadership is transferred, the automatic system takes into consideration the character's clan rank, level, contribution and online activity before selecting a new clan leader. For Immortal clans specifically, only players who helped winning the previous season will be eligible to receive the clan leadership.
Customer Support cannot assist with changing the leadership of a clan.
