Hi there I'm level 70 and don't have the portals in ValdrakkenMy alt doesn't have any portals from Valdrakken
Portals become available in Valdrakken after completing the Dragonflight Leveling Campaign.
After you have completed the campaign on one character, you can complete the quest Moving On to unlock Adventure mode. Alternate characters can choose Adventure Mode to have the portals unlocked and will not need to do the campaign again.
