Learning a Primal Illusion Does Not Teach Enchanting Recipe Or Vice Versa

In Dragonflight content, you can loot or purchase various new Formula: Illusion: Primal Element items such as Primal Air, Primal Earth, Primal Fire, Primal Water and Primal Mastery. If you are an Enchanter, these formula items will teach you how to make the associated Illusion consumable, which in turn teaches you a weapon enchant appearance for use with the Transmogrification feature. The created Illusion items are unbound and can be sold on the Auction House, crafted through a Crafting Order, or traded to other players.
Learning a Formula as an Enchanter only grants you the ability to make the Illusion items. You do not learn them for free, but must craft it through using trade good materials and then learn the Illusion item separately.
Learning an Illusion does not teach you the Formula to create further Illusions. It only teaches you the weapon enchant appearance for use with the Transmogrification feature.
