Can't Pick Up Quest after Abandoning - Legend of Stalvan

I abandoned The Legend of Stalvan and the quest item, A Dusty Unsent Letter. How do I pick this back up?The Dusty Unsent Letter is obtained when you pick up the continuing questline The Legend of Stalvan from the Old Footlocker in Moonbrook in Westfall. If you abandon the quest, you can pick it up again from the Old Footlocker.
Note: If your character is level 36 or higher, they will not see this quest unless Trivial Quest tracking is enabled on your minimap.
