Technique: Hissing Rune - Cannot sell at Auction House anymore

I have sold multiple Technique: Hissing Rune at the auction house and since today it's not possible anymore.Recipe: Hissing Rune was not intended to be Bind on Equip, and was changed in a hotfix to reflect this. Customer Service cannot assist in making these items unbound as a result.
