- I'm getting Error 397006 on my PS5
If you're receiving this error when trying to connect to Diablo IV on your PlayStation or Xbox, follow these steps to help resolve your issue:
- Reset your network devices to make sure your router hasn't become flooded with data.
- If you're using a wireless connection, optimize your internet connection to rule out a connection issue.
- Check your network configuration to find any issues with your firewall, router, or port settings.
If none of these help, you can also run your console's built-in connection test to diagnose the issue (PlayStation 4) (Xbox One).
