We have received several reports of this issue and are investigating it. Beyond the steps below, Customer Support does not have a resolution for this issue other than the troubleshooting steps provided in this article.

If you are getting 315306 "Unable to find a valid license for Diablo IV" when attempting to log in, follow the steps below:

  1. Change your password
  2. Change the region of your Battle.net app by clicking the cogwheel icon on the login screen
  3. Create a new administrator account
  4. Scan and repair Diablo IV
