Common Problems
- I get an error saying I don't have a valid license
- I get the error code 315306
If you receive error 315306 "Unable to find a valid license for Diablo IV" follow the steps below:
- Change your password
- Change the region of your Battle.net app by clicking the cogwheel icon on the login screen
- Create a new administrator account
- Scan and repair Diablo IV
