Not Receiving Everburning Keys

Everburning Keys are unique, with players limited to holding 3 at any time.

If you are unable to loot more of these, or take more from the mail, it means you already have some in your inventory. In order to fix this, you would need to delete, or use any you currently have. Splitting your current stack may help reduce the number of keys you need to remove.

Customer Support is unable to restore these keys to you, should you delete any by mistake.
