Didn't Get the Mail to Start A Lighter Shade of Fel

Some time after you have completed When Revenge Burns Green, you will receive an in-game mail with the Mysterious Letter item that starts the next quest in line. You may not receive this mail until after weekly maintenance or restarts.

If you do not receive the mail, make sure that you do not:

• Have the A Lighter Shade of Fel quest in your quest log already
• Have completed the quest already
• Have the quest starting item Letter from Oman in your bank or inventory
