Diablo IV Battle Pass Tier Skips Not Delivered

If you have purchased the Diablo IV Ultimate Edition you must activate the Accelerated Battle Pass in the seasonal overview in-game to gain access to the included tier skips. Navigate to the Seasons section of the in-game Shop and hit the "Activate Accelerated" button.

Only the Accelerated Battle Pass contains tier skips. If you purchased the Digital Deluxe edition of Diablo IV or the Premium Battle Pass, you can add on the Accelerated Battle Pass by purchasing it in the in-game Shop for Platinum.
