No Reward After Using A Greater Encapsulated Destiny

This issue has been resolved. Going forward, anyone receiving Greater Encapsulated Destiny will receive a pet or mount they do not yet own. Note that if you already own all of the pets and mounts available in the Time Rift pool, you will not receive any reward, which is working as intended.

Customer Support is unable to assist with restoring the Greater Encapsulated Destiny or providing pets or mounts that might have been awarded.

If you discover a new issue, please submit a new Bug report.
