Unable to Claim Game Pass Perks Code

Common Problems
- I can't claim the Game Pass Perks code on the Battle.net website because of an error
- I try to activate my code on Battle.net but I get the error "Oops! The code you entered cannot be claimed. Please check the code and try again."
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks must be claimed on the Microsoft account website and cannot be claimed on Battle.net.
Some Game Pass Perks may only be available for console and this should be explained next to the code itself. You may be able to unlock your console perks on PC but to do so, you must:
- Link your Battle.net account to your Xbox profile from your Account Settings. Please ensure that you are logged into the correct Battle.net and Microsoft accounts before you start the linking process.
- Log in to your game through your console after claiming the code
Customer Support is unable to help redeem the code or apply the benefits of your perks manually. If you encounter any issue with your Game Pass Ultimate Perks, please reach out to Xbox Support.
