Unable to Hand-In Speaker of the Horde

Princess Talanji can be phased, depending on the status of other quest chains within the area, particularly the Zandalari Troll Allied Race quest chain. Completing any relevant quests should return your phasing to normal, and allow you to hand in this quest.
