Did Not Receive Prepurchase Items for Modern Warfare III

It may take up to 24 hours for items to be delivered after purchase.

For situations where Soap operator bundle was not available in Modern Warfare II/Warzone 2.0 after purchasing  Modern Warfare 3, check the following:

• Make sure that your Activision Account is linked to your Battle.net account
• Log in to MW2 or Warzone 2.0 to check if all skins are delivered.

Once the skins have been delivered on PC, they will be available on all platforms attached to the same Activision account that is linked to the Battle.net account that purchased the items.
