Did Not Receive Prepurchase Items for Modern Warfare III
Common Problems
• Purchased MW3, and didn't receive the Soap operator skin and items
• Preordered MWIII, didn't get the Digital Pre-Order Bonuses in Warzone
It may take up to 24 hours for items to be delivered after purchase.
For situations where Soap operator bundle was not available in Modern Warfare II/Warzone 2.0 after purchasing Modern Warfare 3, check the following:
- Make sure that your Activision Account is linked to your Battle.net account
- Log in to MW2 or Warzone 2.0 to check if all skins are delivered.
