Dungeon Reward Claim Failed in Warcraft Rumble

Common Problems
- I can't claim the reward after completing a dungeon
- Something prevents me from claiming the rewards so I cannot play dungeons anymore
- I get error 77987 "Something went wrong when claiming the dungeon reward"
We have received several reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. While some players may be able to fix this by selecting the Leader that was used for the dungeon, this may not be a reliable fix for everyone. We apologize for any inconvenience while our developers work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
