Common Problems
- I can't see my WoW2 account in the Battle.net app anymore.

There are a few reasons why you might not see the WoW account that you're looking for in the Battle.net app or on Battle.net websites.
- The wrong Battle.net account is logged in. Logout and double-check that the correct email address is being used.
- The list of accounts is too long for the Battle.net app to show your play account. Scroll down in the dropdown menu to find your account.
- For item restorations, the restoration tool is region specific. Double-check that the address starts with US if the account that you're looking for is in the NA region. It should be EU if your account is in the EU region.
