Common Problems
- I killed Fyrakk in Amirdrassil, the Dream's Hope but we didn't receive any loot.
- We defeated the last boss from the 10.2 raid but there was no loot for anyone.
If you did not receive loot from defeating the boss, refer to our Loot Eligibility article to ensure you were eligible for loot. If you were eligible for loot and did not receive it, please submit a new Bug Report.
Note: Bugs submitted in-game do not receive a personal response. Instead, they'll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
