Emerald Blossom Dreamstone Didn't Unlock Transmog Effects

The animation from the Emerald Blossom Dreamstone is working as intended.

Using the Dreamstone grants your character two distinct appearances for each shoulder and helm from the Dragonflight Season 3 tier and PvP sets.

To use the animated version, you’ll need to manually select it when applying the transmog to your current helm or shoulder item. This applies even if you're using a lower-tier piece, as the animation won’t appear by default.

Be sure to check the Helm and Shoulders appearances tabs rather than the Sets tab. The animated appearance is applied per item and isn’t visible through the set view.

In some cases, you may find the second version on a different page of the appearances tab.
