There are currently no known issues with the quest Gizelton Caravan. This is an individual quest, so it is possible to fail it when other people in your party complete it.
Customer Support is unable to verify or assist with completion of this quest. If you fail it the first time, you will have to try again. You can find tips on how to complete it properly on the Wowhead page for the quest in the comments section.
