Common Problems
- I transferred my Classic Era character and after the transfer, all of the explorations I'd done on my maps was gone
- I've lost all of the map progress after the warband feature went live, what do I do now?
We have received several reports of this issue and are investigating it. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided.
For The War Within characters, you can click on The Warband Map to Everywhere All At Once in your spellbook to restore your map progression. It'll be one of two spells in the Warband flyout menu that looks like a campfire.
If you discover a new issue, please submit a new Bug report.
Note: Bugs submitted in-game do not receive a personal response. Instead, they'll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
