If you are unable to install or patch a Blizzard game through Game Pass, such as Diablo IV, do the following:
- Restart your computer
- Open the Battle.net App before the Xbox App and install or update your game
- Open the Xbox App after the game has been installed and updated through the Battle.net App to begin playing
Note: If your Xbox App is set to start automatically with your computer, you may need to manually close it before starting Step #2 above
If these steps do not resolve your issue, look for the installation and patching troubleshooting article for your game for additional assistance (Example: Diablo IV)
