Battle.net Friend Notifications Pop-up in the Middle of the Screen

We have received several reports of this issue and are investigating it. Currently, the only workaround is to turn off notifications until the Battle.net team resolves any issues they find.

To disable notifications: Go to Options- > Social -> Uncheck Online Friends, Offline friends, and Show Toast Window
