I've completed all available quests from the Mists of Pandaria remix campaign, but I still didn't reach exalted reputation.

Our developers have fixed the issue that was causing this problem. Players who completed the Pearlfin Jinyu questline can now bring Lesser Charms of Good Fortune to Elder Lusshan for additional reputation.
