Common Problems
- I can't access the Warband bank
- When I try to log in to my Warbank, it's giving me the message "Another member is already accessing the bank"
- Getting message "Cannot access the Warband bank while both accounts are logged in. Only the one that logged in-game first is able to."
If you have multiple World of Warcraft accounts, you will only be able to access the Warband bank on the first WOW you logged in with. This is a limitation of account-wide features and collections. There are no known bugs with the Warband bank at this time.
If you discover a new issue, please submit a new Bug report.
Note: Bugs submitted in-game do not receive a personal response. Instead, they'll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
