- My quest A Sparkling Fortune is marked as complete but I can't turn it in

One-Time Quest
Completing the one-time quest A Sparkling Fortune awards two Fractured Spark of Fortunes but removes the fractured spark collected to complete this quest. In other words, this quest only awards one additional Fractured Spark of Fortunes on top of the one obtained from a weekly quest.
Eligibility and Restrictions
Characters can obtain 1 Fractured Spark of Fortunes per week, through their weekly quests that award a Pinnacle Cache.
For any characters that fall behind and do not collect their fractured Sparks on a weekly basis, they will be able to obtain additional fractured sparks, until the character has caught up with the maximum number of earnable sparks.
