Our developers have investigated reports regarding this issue and have not identified any bugs. We encourage players to explore various resources, such as online guides, or discuss the matter with other players on our forums. Customer Support cannot provide hints on gameplay mechanics or intent of design.
Troubleshooting that may help in the course of this quest:
- User Interface reset.
- Dismounting before accepting the quest.
- Leaving the area completely and returning.
- Dismount outside the cave and activating the robot.
- Abandon the quest and re-accept it before attempting it.
If you discover a new issue or if you have further information about a potential unverified bug, please submit a new Bug report.
