If you recently deleted this recipe, use Item Restoration page to see if the item can still be recovered.
The ability to delete this item is not considered a bug and items that you cannot restore with the item Restoration service are permanently lost. Customer Support will not restore this item manually, but you can complete this quest from another character on your account to earn and craft this recipe.
