- Fahrad is phased and does not offer the quest to me.

Our developers have investigated reports regarding this issue and have not identified any bugs.
A particular quest chain must be completed before this can be taken. We encourage players to explore various resources, such as online guides, or discuss the matter with other players on our forums. Customer Support cannot offer hints or workarounds for this matter. Customer Support cannot provide hints on gameplay mechanics or intent of design.
If you discover a new issue or if you have further information about a potential unverified bug, please submit a new Bug report.
