Cannot Exchange Crests

To be able to purchase and exchange crests, some requirements may apply.

- Your account will need to have completed the initial introduction quests that teach you how to upgrade items and downgrade crests. For The War Within, that means completing the quest "Transmutation Station"
- To be able to exchange your crests, your character will need to have reached a specific equipped average item level that unlocks an achievement. This achievement will grant your character the ability to exchange to crests that match the achievement's max item level requirement. While the achievements may populate Warband-wide, the progress is counted per character.
