Hallow's End Bundle Purchase in Warcraft Rumble Did Not Provide Credit for Event Challenge

Common Problems

  • I have purchased the Hallow's End bundle / Batlings of Karazhan/ Screetching Onslaught / Curse of the Horseman / Hallow's Eve Tower Coins, but didn't get the credits for the event tickets.
  • Did not get 20k tickets in Rumble for my purchase.

We have received several reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. Customer Support does not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience while our developers work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
