- I bought too many Faction Commendation items with Timewarped Badges
- I would like to refund the items I purchased from a Timewalking vendor
Many items can be refunded by talking to any vendor within two hours. If you log out after purchasing the item, the two hour timer will continue to count down.
Progressing in the game after making a purchase will remove the option to refund the item, for example levelling up the character or entering instanced content like dungeons or battlegrounds.
To prevent mistakes, whenever an action removes the refund timer, the game will pop-up a confirmation message that you need to acknowledge and accept. For example, this message will appear when you equip, enchant, upgrade, or transmog the item, any of which correctly makes the item non-refundable. For items that are not refundable, this pop-up window appears immediately when you purchase the item.
Consumable items, like Faction Commendations, are typically not refundable. Some of these items can be sent to your other characters on the same account.
Customer Support does not assist with refunding tokens or currency. If the item cannot be refunded, or if the refund timer has expired you can keep, sell, or destroy the item.
