Battle.net Mobile App Stuck at "Connecting"

  • I'm stuck on the word "Connecting" when trying to open the Battle.net mobile app
  • The Battle.net app won't load on my phone

Before trying any of the following steps, check the BlizzardCS Twitter for any service interruptions.

  1. Make sure the app is updated to the latest version.
  2. If connected to a Wi-Fi network, switch to your mobile network.
  3. Close all other running apps on your device and try again.
  4. If you experience issues on an Android device, try clearing the cache data.
    1. Navigate to the Battle.net mobile app settings, press Clear Cache, then relaunch the app.
    2. Navigate to the Battle.net mobile app settings, press Clear Data, then relaunch the app.
      Note: Clear Data restores the app to its default state. You will not lose any information.
  5. Restart your device and try again.
  6. Uninstall and resintall the application on your device.
  7. Reset the account password here.
