  • I'm completing all of the necessary steps to get this rune in Classic SoD, but the game isn't giving it to me.

All Runes can be purchased from the Rune Broker in Starting Zones for 1 Copper Each. Please note that if you buy a rune you may not be able to complete the questline associated with it.
