Can't Find Earned Raw Singing Citrine in Inventory

Raw Singing Citrine can be obtained by various sources on Siren Isle. They are different than other types of citrines found in the zone: instead of being socketed into Cyrce's Circlet, they are a one-time on-use item that can be used to upgrade the item level of your ring.

Once you use the item to upgrade your ring, it disappears from your bags. On-use items are not able to be restored via the item restoration tool because once they are used, there is no further need to have them.
