Can't Start Juicing Up and Storming Out

When trying to enter the Storm for this quest, you may be unable to do so if your character has certain buffs on them. One of the Buffs in question may have an icon looking like the Mage Blizzard spell.

If you run into any other issues here, be sure you are speaking with Suzie Boltwrench, and not Sally Boltwrench.
