• We had an Elementium Gem Cluster drop, but the master looter couldn't loot it to anyone.We have received several reports of this issue and are investigating it. If your raid group continues to experience issues with this, please submit a Bug report.
Customer Support is unable to distribute any Elementium Gem Clusters that couldn't be looted.
Note: Bugs submitted in-game do not receive a personal response. Instead, they'll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
