Common Problems
- I have only 45 Carved Undermine Crests this week and I can't earn more.
There are no known issues with obtaining Undermine Crests at this time. Make sure that your character is not at the weekly cap before doing activities that award Undermine Crests. You will not be able to earn more crests until weekly resets if you have already reached that cap.
If your character does not appear to have reached the cap and is not receiving crests, please submit a Bug report.
Note: Bugs submitted in-game do not receive a personal response. Instead, they'll be directed to the teams responsible for addressing them.
