Catalyst Consumed Charge of Essence of Kaja'mite and Did Not Convert Item

- Catalyst didn't convert my item to a tier piece, so I lost Essence of Kaja'mite for nothing!
The Catalyst allows you to convert this season items into corresponding tier sets.
While most gear can be converted, only items for select slots can become tier pieces: helms, shoulders, chests, gloves, and legs.
