I did not get any game time from the World of Warcraft Welcome Offer

If you have purchased the World of Warcraft: The War Within Welcome Offer and have not received the bonus 30 days of game time, you may need to log completely out of and then back into your account.

Please note that The War Within Welcome Offer does not include edition upgrades from Base or Heroic.
